EP 153: Share your genius with Mike Gonzalez

Taking the leap from in-person training to the online space presented a ton of challenges for Mike.   At first, he really struggled building and marketing his first online course.  Mike soon found myself working 10 hour days trying to put all the pieces together from the design to the buildout, only for it to fail.

It wasn’t until he discovered the power of delegation that his business really started taking off.   Mike soon discovered that in order for him to succeed he had to stay in his zone of genius.

So, he assembled a team of experts and together they created the systems and processes that allowed his business to really take off.  Now Mike's  passionate about helping other coaches do the same.

Mike  wanted to help other coaches  avoid the same struggles he went through. So from this, Freedom Builderz was born.  Their mission is to build every coach, creator, and educator a platform to share their genius with the world while protecting their time and energy.
