Sarah Malone is my guest today.  She own's a health and wellness company called Spark Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching and has been individually coaching people for 7+ years.  Sarah was voted Yahoo! finance top ten female coaches to follow in 2021.  She's also a level 1 & 2 Reiki practitioner and intuitive coach as well as fitness and nutrition.

Sarah's a survivor from a severe eating disorder, cutting, rape, and abuse and has made it her mission to help others release themselves from internal and external chains. I am a level 1 & 2 Reiki practitioner and intuitive coach as well as fitness and nutrition.
