Speaker 1:

Your life is your greatest work of art, and it all relates back to the synchronicities. Welcome to Integrate Yourself, everybody. I'm your host, alison Pillow, and you can find me at allasimplowcom and, finally, thrivingprogramcom. Today we're here with a very special guest, rianna Heinz. I hope I said that right. Is it Heinz or Heinz? Heinz, I'm so sorry. No, you've got it.

Speaker 1:

Alison, did I get it Okay, that's the funny thing about names Like somebody will tell me how to pronounce it and then I'll talk. You know, my mind will go somewhere else and I'll go back to it and I'm like, oh no, what was it? How do you say that again? So thank you for being kind about that.

Rianna, thank you so much for being here. Welcome to the show.

Speaker 2:

Hey, alison, thank you so much for having me. It's awesome to be here.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it is something we have been cooking up for some time now. We had to reschedule a couple of times, so finally we made it happen, and congratulations on all your books. By the way, I also published a book in 2022. So I know how that goes and how that can be such a major process, and you're now working on your third book, so that's just really incredible.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, thank you, Congratulations on your book as well. Yeah, it's the writing. The book is the easy bit. I have now learned.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's the integration of, like the information that comes up. Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah. I experienced that as well, exactly so, yeah, yeah, and now, so yeah. I launched the Keepers of the Light Codes last year and now, probably within the next couple of months, the next book, which is the Intuitive Rebirth, is going to be getting published, and really sorry, that's super exciting.

Speaker 1:

Oh, that's incredible, Congratulations. Yeah, it's like you're birthing a new life form. When you birth a book, right, it's just, it's an incredible process and then, yes, it does have its own energy when it comes into the world. So it's a really fascinating kind of thing. Yeah, process for sure. Well, yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I wanted to just start with like I would love for you to share.

Speaker 1:

You can start by sharing a little more about what you want to with the audience, about who you are, as well as what you've been working on.

Speaker 1:

But one of the things that I would love to start with is the soul's mission, understanding your purpose and how the soul guides us, because this has been a major.

Speaker 1:

I mean, I've run, run into this lately as, like we've had in it, we're going to speak a little bit more in the light worker language in this episode and I'm going to say, like this is, when we shift timelines, which we've been doing a lot of lately, it's like part of our, the way I've experienced as part of myself is in that last timeline and have to retrieve it and bring all my focus back into this timeline so that I'm all here and with that, sometimes I feel like we kind of lose our soul's purpose because we were kind of stuck back in another purpose and now we're here and changing the purpose again. So that's how I've been seeing it lately, because I've been doing a lot of deep diving myself to recalibrate that for myself and then it. You know some of it, some of it. I think my purpose is still aligned with who I am and what I'm doing, but it's just a little bit different each time. You know we do those timeline jumps. So I would love for you to get into that topic as well.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, right for sure. So I'll start with my take on the soul mission, because this is actually such a huge part of what I teach and such a huge part of the message in the books and in the energy work modality that I teach intuitive reaper and I feel that there is so much struggle embedded in, like looking for your purpose. There is so much struggle there, like when people realize that they don't enjoy their job and it's like but what am I here to do? And in that there can be so much deflation and feeling like you're not good enough or that you're out of alignment. And I feel like so much of this human journey is actually looking for that soul mission, that soul purpose, so that we can ultimately just feel fulfilled and like our life has true meaning. So in that there's actually a lot of suffering. There is a lot of suffering because it's like this quest to be more, to be recognized, to have a bigger impact, to show up more authentically. It's this quest that takes people away from self and self. When I say self, I mean the only self that can ever exist, which is the you right now. The you right now has a soul mission and it's to be so connected to the essence of truth, of who you are, that everywhere you go you emanate truth as a vibration, and in that you are activating humanity, you are changing the world. And if in each moment you can show up in more truth and more authenticity and more love, then, moment by moment, day by day, that is going to start to take a unique form, a unique expression. That might look like some act of service starting a podcast, becoming a healer, a health coach, whatever it is but when it comes to the soul mission, we have to take it off the pedestal because we have too much expectation of this grandeur of how it should look. And you can't go from being in a job that is unsatisfying, unfulfilling, where you're basically completely disconnected from the essence of magic that you are. You can't go from that to this grand, fully expressed version of your soul mission, like where you're doing it. It's huge, it's epic. You can't go from one to the other overnight.

Speaker 2:

And if you try and find that fully expressed soul mission from that place of like stuckness, like a job that feels unfulfilling, if you're trying to find that it's not going to happen and you're actually just going to feel disheartened, you're going to keep wondering like what is it? What is it? So to me, the soul mission is to embody truth and love. To embody truth and love and each day to ask yourself how does love express through me today, how does truth express through me today? So one day you might wake up and you might say truth and love expresses through me today by writing, and you do that.

Speaker 2:

But if you're looking like, is my soul mission to be a New York Times bestselling author, you're going to feel unfulfilled until you meet that expectation that you've created with your mind and ultimately there's distortion there. So the soul mission is to show up in each moment in truth and love and to have no expectation of how that should ultimately look, but to surrender to the full expression of what spirit is trying to flow through you, what spirit is trying to berth through you, and that is always going to be incredibly magnificent. But if you, just today, give yourself to love, give yourself to truth, then you're on track, you're doing it, you're in absolute, complete and total alignment with your soul mission. And the beautiful thing about that is that the soul mission, the sole purpose for every single person, is so unique that it cannot be taught by another. You know so. So, for example, my soul mission, as it expresses through me right now, is to teach intuitive rebath, which is like a deeply somatic transformative energy work method. But anyone that comes into my field, it is highly unlikely that their absolute, authentic soul mission is to do exactly what I do. So they can come into into this field to receive the codes of activation that awaken within them truth and love, and then from that they move into a deeper state of alignment of their own expression, of their soul mission.

Speaker 2:

So then, how that relates to jumping timelines, as you, as you, asked, is it's like the more connected to the absolute frequency of truth and love, the more magic we can create.

Speaker 2:

You know.

Speaker 2:

So when you're at the start of your journey and you're living in a false paradigm where your relationship relationships aren't really built on love, where your work isn't built on love, where your home doesn't feel like love, and you're kind of limited by these veils of distortion, and you start to breathe into your body and you start to heal, and you start to look at all that you're holding within you that is distorted or untrue and you start to break into a new vibration, you start to access a new vibration and then from that higher frequency you step into a higher timeline of what you can experience, of what you can emanate, of what you can action in your soul mission.

Speaker 2:

Our timelines are always up, leveling, up, leveling in alignment with our own ability to be in a higher, higher frequency, a higher vibration. So truth and love to me 10 years ago looked like not partying so hard, right, not partying so hard, being kind to myself like in my early 20s, like being kinder to myself, re-correcting my thoughts that were judgmental of myself or of others, and at that point I was a lecturer in remedial massage and that was the reflection of my soul mission at that time, at that level of truth and love, of that vibration. And then, when I upgraded my body, I started to heal deeply, I started to upgrade my thoughts. Then, boom, I opened a yoga studio and it's sort of like I left that whole remedial massage timeline behind and moved into yoga teaching, you know, and boom, boom, boom.

Speaker 2:

this kept happening over and over. So, yeah, that's, that's my take on the soul mission and timelines.

Speaker 1:

That was beautiful.

Speaker 1:

You said so much there that just really I felt it resonated with me so much and what I've personally experienced and also seen other people experience too, and yeah, I mean, we put so much pressure on ourself to find purpose in our life and you just hit the nail on the head, which is basically just finding the truth of who you are in that moment and, like I say, just loving yourself as unconditionally as you can in that moment.

Speaker 1:

That's all you can really do and so you know, that is the truth of, like. I loved how you use the bestselling author example, because I think we try to strive for these successes or goals that we see other people doing outside of ourselves and we think that's what we're supposed to be doing, or that's what I, you know, in order to be successful, I must do that, I must take that path, but, like you said, it may be just doing what you're doing right now and that could be loving and satisfying enough for you, Like just really caring so deeply for yourself, like you said, taking those steps of self care and leading you to that next step in your life of purpose, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, exactly, but the beautiful thing is is also honoring that we are the most powerful creators in all of existence. Like we are, we are a source. You know, we have that light of the Creator within and therefore our ability to create is limitless. So when you start to heal and come into yourself and move into that vibration of love where you love yourself and you're on the path of finding the truth of who you are, and then you get an idea drop in and it's like you know what, I think I could be a bestselling author or I think I could. I think I could have a really successful podcast. And then you get that idea drop in right, if you can hold the, if you can hold that vision, because that vision has been seeded to you by the Divine, if you are in an energy of love and you receive a vision, that's the Divine seeding you with more direction and more clarity for your mission. So, like at one point, you got this idea right, I'm going to start this podcast. And when you were fully in your heart with it, it would have felt limitless. And like when our energy drops and we get into fear and we start to feel like what we're doing is not enough, then the energy of what we're creating contracts. But if we can stay in our heart with something, then we stay in the frequency of creation and then we can start to vibrate messages into the field, like I am a bestselling author, I am a successful healer, I am like, and you start to feel that with no attachment, no attachment, just to play, to play in the field of creation, then it's going to happen very, very quickly.

Speaker 2:

So the soul mission is not about like forcefully having an idea and pushing and striving and thinking I'm not enough or I'm not on purpose until I achieve that. The soul mission is about showing up with love in every moment, about being open to receive visions and ideas when we're in that energy of love. It's about having the courage to action those visions. That's the big piece, the courage knowing, okay, that vision was ceded to me by the divine. Therefore I'm fully supported in the creation of this vision Having the courage to create but then having enough non attachment that when it stops feeling like love, you just let it go and then you wait for the new vision to cede in. It's like this beautiful dance between creation from a space of love and trusting the present moment enough to kind of not care, to not care to surrender.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I love that. That is beautiful. Yeah, it's because it's more about, like you're saying, inviting the allowance of it and surrendering to that, and if it's speaking to your heart, if you're inspired to take the action, you do it until it's not inspiring anymore. I suppose is what I heard you say.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, and we can be so inclined to overcomplicate things.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, I've done that many times.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I like need these complicated meanings. And it's like the path of alignment is the path of joy. So it's like if there's no joy there, it's not it. Yeah, exactly, it's not to say that every day is going to be easy. It's like, of course, we're going to have to move through our fears, we're going to have to dig deep to overcome obstacles and challenges, but ultimately, every time that we do that, we should be expanding into more and more joy. Yeah, so that's so simple Our path is joy.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so that's the discernment there for people, and not pushing it past a place of non-joy, because some people I don't know, I know I was a gymnast when I was younger and so I would just keep pushing and, pushing, and pushing and sticking with something and pushing past the resistance, physically and mentally and emotionally.

Speaker 1:

And so this is, although gymnastics was a, and I'm, you know, also, I see the light of being an athlete and how wonderful that was for me and also realize how much that played a part in my development and how I now, you know, have seen the world and how it relates to creation.

Speaker 1:

In a way, and I've, it's, for me it's, it's been a path of willing, you know, willing it through. And then I would say, probably the last five, maybe five to, maybe five years or so, I've been learning how to allow, how to invite that part of myself to take over the divine will aspect and, like my will is important, but it's, it works, in collaboration with divine. So that's how I see it and it's a, and it's something I'm practicing, because I'll go back into that space of, you know, needing to push, you know, or, and I would push so hard that I would just numb myself to know, like when to stop, you know in some ways on it when I was doing when I was an athlete Because you're going, you are I mean, that is what we're called to do.

Speaker 1:

When we're in a sport like that we're pushing past the point of pain, right, so eventually we have no real indication of when to stop and when to keep going, you know. So that's something that I've worked with and that's bringing that up for me right now, as you say, as you speak, that I'm like, wow, yeah, that's interesting because I think that's been my biggest challenges, just learning the discernment with that. But the more I let go and connect more with my inner child and really be, and I don't attach to the performance aspect of creativity, then it really feels joyful for me, you know, and that's when I'm like this is great, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but I guess what you received as well, alison, it's like such an empowering lesson of resilience, like resilience on this path is really important Because that piece that I spoke about, like action, requires so much courage and requires us to act when it's uncomfortable, and a lot of us in this world of infinite comforts don't know how to act when it's uncomfortable. So, like your, your lesson in this is, like, actually really different to most of the collective. Your lesson is, like you're so used to acting with discomfort, remembering, learning how to remember like is this actually true to me right now? Does this actually serve me right now, you know? So that's a really different lesson and I think a lot of men actually have to embody that more.

Speaker 2:

Like my husband's journey to this point where he's just super surrendered and on his path and he has so much creative energy but he just he lets things go really easily. That's been a hard place for him to get to Because the fear of like walking away or giving up or something has always been huge for him. He's had to like really learn to surrender and that it's okay to give up when something doesn't serve. But actually a lot, of a lot of the collective is on the other end of the spectrum, where we want this life that is so comfortable, but we want miracles. And actually the miracles only happen when you meet the universe in that space of courage, walking through like the fire of fear in the direction of joy and lasting pleasure. And most people actually can never live the life of their highest purpose, of their truest and most authentic soul calling because they're not willing to get uncomfortable. They're not willing to get uncomfortable, that makes sense.

Speaker 1:

That makes a lot of sense, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

You have to be uncomfortable to.

Speaker 1:

There has to be risks that you have to take in putting yourself out there right, and, like you said, the courage has to be there to it's really even more. What I've seen with people most recently is just a lot of it's taking a lot of this is like the big fear for people to feel you know, to feel what they're not feeling and like have the courage to do that and it's and that's been really big, you know, for the people that I've worked with, for you know the experience I've also done with myself, it's that seems to be. The uncomfortableness lies within. Feeling it right, because we're being comfortable is to be. I don't know if neutral is a word for this, but maybe the neutral zone or just not, maybe apathetic or you know just but yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean we have to be able to feel all the emotions, the ranges of emotions, and and that has been, that has been, I think, for me, that's been my path. I mean I've there's many layers of that and that's been liberating in many ways, but also the people that I've worked with personally and the people that have been in my group. It's like this is the big thing that really transmutes the energy to the next level. Right, I mean, it's that alchemization of that fear that we're holding, or that block that we're holding in our body.

Speaker 2:

And we're suppressing.

Speaker 1:

You know that we're not expressing it and that has been. For me, the biggest healing modality is just personal expression, really, and what I've been helping people with and it seems to be what we're needing right now to get out of our comfort zone because we, we aren't really being ourselves. Like who is that? You know you have to ask your question who is this? Who am I? You know when I'm? You know, with the soul mission discussion, it's like that question of who am I? How do I get to know myself? How do I understand myself? How do I have compassion for myself? That exploration has to be taken and that takes a lot of courage to do right.

Speaker 2:

It takes a hell of a lot of courage, but that's where the magic lies and, like when we feel we heal and when we heal ourselves, we come into alignment with that, the energy that we spoke about love and truth. And within pain, like pain on any level, pain of the heart because you're sad, or there's grief, or pain of the body, like the headache or the migraine that won't go away. Whatever pain is there in your life, like it's a portal. It's a portal and it presents as a contraction, but following every contraction there's expansion. And I write there's a chapter in my new book and it speaks about this it's like we have to honour the pain and actually follow the journey of that contraction within the body and within our external reality. And when we can follow the contraction with loving neutrality, without judgement, we follow it into an expansion. Like if you think of a woman in labour, maybe if there's all the mothers tuning in right now. It's like when you give yourself permission to feel the remarkable pain of a contraction or the intensity of a contraction in labour and you follow it, you are like broken through then into like a softening, an expansion, where you're a different person to what you were two minutes ago. Your body is softened, you're prepared, you're more surrendered as a mother. And that's true in everything, like when we try to run away or avoid or numb the pain, we can't find the expansion that this contraction is trying to show us.

Speaker 2:

So, for example, if you have injured your back, my go-to is when I'm busy when I've been so busy in my life doing and doing and doing I throw my back out and it's like I lay in bed with this agony. And if I try and run away from the agony and get back to life, the pain persists. But when I follow the pain and I be with the pain and I lay in my bed and I breathe into that pain and I ask it what are you trying to show me? What are you trying to show me? And have love for the pain, knowing that this contraction is going to bring you into a higher frequency of love?

Speaker 2:

Ultimately, then it does that, it does that and usually the back pain is like you need to rest, you need to slow down, you need to stop. And when I get that, my back heals and I usually surrender into love and have all these aha moments that I wouldn't have had if I fought the pain, and this is true in everything, like if you're in a job that you hate and you're depressed, you're sad, like each day is like a heavy cloud weighing down on you that doesn't seem to shift, like that's pain right. Breathe into that heaviness like. Breathe into that cloud. What are you trying to show me? And in that open, inquisitive question to the divine, you will be shown when you stop resisting the pain and stop trying to numb the pain.

Speaker 1:

Yes, that's a wonderful way to express it, and I have been a holistic personal trainer for many years and I still work with people on the physical level as well, and it's very different than what I used to do. But people would be like they would have some pain, either the back pain or in another area of the body. What can I do? What can I do to get rid of this pain? They want me to give them exercises or something. Sometimes I would, but then if it persisted, I was just like just lay down.

Speaker 1:

Just lay down and do nothing, or watch a comedy or something while you're laying down, because it's really just your body, like you're saying, your body just needs that regeneration, it needs you to pay attention to it, because we're not actually putting the time, the interest and the attention into ourselves. That's what that's telling us, because we're so busy doing other things outside of our self. So, if we can just give ourselves that time, that attention and that love, really it's really giving yourself love, giving your body love. It wants to know it matters, it wants to know it exists. Everything wants to be acknowledged.

Speaker 1:

So that's all we really have to do, and I love that you brought that up, because it is important for people to realize, like we live in a world that's so busy and everybody's just hustling and trying to strive, but we're, in a way, I see it as and this is not a judgment, but I do see people not they're distracting themselves from themselves, from themselves, as I like to say basically. So we're not really spending time with ourselves like we would a child. Like you wouldn't want to ignore your child, you don't want to ignore yourself either. So, yes, it's very important.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and you know we spoke at the beginning about being in that vibration of love to receive those visions, those ideas, those insights about the direction of our life. And it's like, how are we going to receive if we are just like not even stopping for a second? So often we are like pushed into a state of surrender so that we can receive. Spirit is always trying to communicate with us, guide us, direct us.

Speaker 2:

But if we're going a million miles an hour, like constantly thinking, radio on in the car, tv on at home, there is no space for insight to come in. So when we're forced into quiet, into stillness, into rest and recovery, to be with ourselves, we're forced to create space to receive, to be directed. And when you can find the miracle in everything that feels like pain or like a challenge, when you can find the miracle, then you're in, you're essentially in mastery, you've found mastery and life becomes this beautiful dance, this beautiful journey of contraction, expansion. And each time you're in that contraction it's like, oh my gosh, I wonder where I'm heading, like something beautiful is about to happen and it's just a perspective shift. And with that change of perspective, a miracle does drop in, because we are that powerful as creators.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I believe that too. I believe it, yeah, and I know it. You know because I've experienced it, and you know it's so interesting that many of us we don't remember that and it's something that we have to keep reminding ourselves like we're creating this. We're that powerful that we are creating every moment in our lives. You know, it's just incredible when you think about it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we are literally creating all of it, and that can be a hard pill to swallow for some people because they'll look around and be like, but my, I don't like my house and I like my job, I didn't create this. But if you can just get really radically real with yourself and take responsibility and ownership for the part that you've played in the creation of your life exactly as it is, if you can find that radical, radical responsibility and say, actually about a year ago my thoughts were so low, I was so worried about money and as a result, I now have this kind of scarcity playing out in the paradigm around me, then guess what? You've just realized how powerful you are as a creator and that's a beautiful realization. So just change your thoughts and create something better. Create something that you want to experience. Our reality is just a reflection of our vibration, our mind and our level of belief that we have in our ability to create.

Speaker 2:

I've got to the point now where I know that my mind is so powerful in creation that I'm really careful what I daydream about. I will only daydream about the full fruition and manifestation of my absolute heaven on Earth. Otherwise I won't. I won't because my mind is too powerful to create and everyone's mind is that powerful. And when you get that peace you become such a rapid creator manifesto of your heaven on Earth because you wouldn't let any negative thought cross your mind, because you know it's just not worth it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, exactly, and there's a whole other. There's another piece to that, of course. If you feel like there's something that needs to come through and it feels negative or something that's old, I always say just let it just allow to come through, because it needs to be felt, because you're suppressing it, possibly right, but and then that liberates you right, I feel like, yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

But what we need to feel and heal it doesn't come into the mind, it comes into the body.

Speaker 1:

Oh, that makes sense. The mind is where we create.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, the mind is where we create. Negative thoughts are literally just distorted delusion. They are not real. They are not real and they're usually like thought form is coming into us through, like in the shamanic realm. We will be able to create. In the shamanic realm we will call it like entity or lower frequency that we can tap and thought form is not real. We can have complete mastering control of all thoughts. There isn't a single thought that needs to be healed. It just needs to be changed.

Speaker 1:

Oh right.

Speaker 2:

The body that we heal, you know. So when sadness arises, we don't need to have thoughts connected to the sadness. We can just go into the energy that we're feeling and actually, when we have no thought around the sadness, it's just pure energy. It will, it will transmute much quicker because the thoughts, the stories that feed the energy body, the feeling body, they can keep us in a perpetuating loop of thought, emotion, thought, emotion, thought, emotion.

Speaker 2:

And it's not real energy that needs to be healed when the mind is clear and having high vibrational thoughts, and yet one day we get all this anxiety arise. That is what we need to be with. Or all the sadness arise, you know, that's what we need to be with. And we do that by creating space, going into a quiet room, going sitting on the grass, breathing into your body. And it's coming into that pain body, into that contraction, inhaling to feel it and exhaling to give it voice, to give it sound like ah. And if we just hold ourselves like that, tears might come, anger might come, a roar might come, laughter might come, and then we feel different after. And it's not connected to the mind, it's spontaneous, it's in the inner, shamanic, infinite realm of the feeling body.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, that's where that's the most important part to tune into right and what I'm getting from, what you're saying, and I'm aware of this as well but you know, it sounds like you're saying that our thoughts are really not our own. They're really coming from somewhere else, most likely. You know so not to trust those as much. Just let them move through. Yeah, yeah, especially yeah, totally, exactly yeah. And expressing through voice. I noticed that you have been talking about that lately or doing those kinds of practices, and I've been into that myself for quite some time. I love voice work and expressing through voice. It's just so. That's been one of the biggest healing practices for me as well, on a personal level. I just love it so much.

Speaker 1:

So yeah it's like when you feel make a noise or whatever noise that wants to come out. Just even just toning on a daily basis is helpful for that I find too. What have you found with the voice?

Speaker 2:

It's so powerful. It's so great that you're doing that, alison, because I really do feel like the voice and sound, if it's not present in this healing work, we're not doing it right. I really do feel that, yeah, because it's not that we're not doing it right, it's not we're not moving the energy to the full capacity that we could be. Let me reword that so the throat is the purification center. So to me it's like when energy wants to move, it's like it wants to rise up and what doesn't serve wants to come out the mouth, like out the throat. So in this, like in the in intuited rebirth sessions, we find that people start coughing, they start burping, they want to make a lot of noise. It's almost spontaneous, or their mouth almost closes and distorts where there is such tension, such restriction here that they can't open that throat and therefore the energy kind of gets starts to feel like it's getting stuck within the body because it's got nowhere to move.

Speaker 2:

And the reason most people will not make sound, unless they are really encouraged and prompted, is we spend our whole life being told to shut up. We're like in school. We're told to put our hand up to go to the toilet, even babies, like we give them dummies when they start to express. And all throughout life, you know, sitting in the office desk in work, you know you're not going to start speaking your truth, you kind of just sit there and be quiet and this starts to create a constriction in the throat and in the mouth because there is truth that is not being expressed and when the throat can't be open as a portal for purification, then the body cannot purify and heal and transmute in all the lower sentences as well. We can't heal fully from our womb unless we give our own voice.

Speaker 2:

We can't heal fully in our heart, in our ribs, unless we give our body voice and sound. So it's like pretty much the most healing thing that someone can do who is very quiet, subservient in their life. You know, going to an office, being a good person, getting everything ticking all society's boxes, like go into a forest, take your shoes off and scream like breathe into your body, breathe into your lower belly and give your body some sound.

Speaker 2:

And it's in that like, yeah, it's like lifetimes, years of suppression, of not speaking your truth, just like that's freedom. That is freedom.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that is. I have experienced that too. I'll tell you a story that when I was pregnant with my first child and in labor it was a 24 hour labor I was in a lot of pain and the nurse told me to shut up and I was just like, oh it just everything closed up and of course, that then made the birthing Process much more, much slower and you know, just wasn't. I just didn't feel I was an opening, you know, because I was like close me up. And so since then I've learned that you know our throat shocker, like you're saying I love how you're putting it, because I haven't heard the, heard it said in that way where it's purifying. That that's really beautiful, but it's connected to our pelvis, right. So it is, it's going to have an effect on that, and there's a reason why women use sound traditionally through birthings because it's it opens the pelvis up naturally. It's like a, like you said, it's a, it's creating a portal right for the baby to be delivered.

Speaker 1:

So it's something we're naturally, as women, supposed to use our voice, and we have unfortunately experienced, like you're saying, a lot of suppression in that area, and so I think this is the next level of healing for many women as well, and men too. You know it's just like, yeah, it's. It's been so interesting Also the past couple of years, and you know, masking up and that symbolism for the voice and, and you know, not able to like, get close to anybody, or you know that was interesting too. But I just think we have had a lot of suppression as it relates to the throat and it's time to heal that. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

And your, your story of that experience in birth is the perfect and that like the perfect metaphor, the perfect analogy of that connection, of what happens in the connection of what happens when we like, limit the expression of ourself through sound, we close up and the body can't open, the body can't heal. Basically, yeah, it's, it's women, but it's also men, because the like, there's so much suppressed, like collective rage and sadness within the men, and there's no encouragement or teaching of a healthy way to express that incredible life force, power. That's like. It's like there's no healthy expression of that. So it's like, yeah, then the young men, they, they get drunk or they go to nightclubs and do drugs or whatever. And then there's these fights on the streets where it's just like all that pent up energy being given expression in such an unhealthy way.

Speaker 2:

And you need to be creating these healing spaces where, where men can like wrestle and roar, where women can stomp their feet and sing and and like how, let the moon, it's these primal expressions of sound that free humanity. And it's like song as well, like our authentic song has has such a power to heal and open us at the throat, to heal our body, and song has been stripped from, like this society and song has been stripped and children like we should be singing. We should be singing all the time in community so that our hearts can open, so our throats can open and if you ever go to like a kirtan, like back to yoga, where you're singing in devotion, you can just feel your body opening, your heart opening, your tears coming. It's all the throat, like we need to sing and scream and laugh and speak from our hearts.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we're here to express ourselves that way and, yeah, I've been. I don't remember the name of the book. There's another book that I'm reading as well. That is all about finding your authentic voice, and I'll link it as if people want to see that book too, as well as your books, of course, and it's so interesting. There's so many things we don't know about the voice. It's we're. You know.

Speaker 1:

There's some cultures that consider your voice signature when you were young, and that's your voice, you know. That's like they recognizing knowledge. That's your voice, that's your, your signature with that and they sing, right, they sing, they use it, you know, and they acknowledge that. Wow, that's beautiful. I feel like what we've been more taught in the modern culture is that your voice has a sound, a certain way to eat, to even saying. You know, like you need to have a certain kind of sounding voice, and it's that's really overriding the the, our, ourselves in that, in that nature, like really getting to know our sound, because everybody does have a unique sound. I've just recently been connecting with that with myself. I've just found my sound and it's like incredible because there's a it's, it's wild because there's a such a deep level of self acceptance. That goes into that right, when you really know your sound. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Oh, I love that you've you've connected with that it's it's. I feel like it's one of the most healing things that we can ever do is to find our sound, and I've never considered myself to be a singer or like have a good voice, and it's actually such a huge part of my work is my song. So I hold, like in the group energy healing work, I hold the space really like channeled sort of shamanic singing in my one on one work. It's like it's all song, it's all light language and it's like in the rawness of my voice, where it isn't perfect, in the rawness of it, it's penetrating like the rawness of the human form, the rawness of the human emotion, and it's like I'm so grateful that I have that rawness, that imperfection, to my voice.

Speaker 2:

Yes, because that's the voice that is needed to do this healing work.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, who's to say it's not a good voice or what are? You know, like we're always judging right, like who's who's saying that, you know, because it's like you said, there's like a certain tone that you need for that particular moment, right, or the healing that needs to happen.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Well, when we just give ourselves to our body, we just surrender ourselves to what is into the divine, into the energy that's moving and we allow song and sound to flow from that, everyone's voice is divine, like so divine, and on our retreats we always have a voice activation and it's like accessing the ancestral pain through the body and accessing the soul as a frequency and then allowing that to rise up as song. And I just spend, as I hold that space with my beautiful friend Brett, as I hold that space, I literally just spend that whole workshop in tears because I'm so moved into the humility of witnessing, you know, the mother who's 50, who has suppressed her voice, her whole life, like breaking open as this like why free women like singing in liberation?

Speaker 2:

It's, it's just the most beautiful thing in the world.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, oh, my God, that is so beautiful. Oh, wow, it's amazing that you get to witness those kinds of things, because that's a really yeah, that's such a beautiful process. Well, we're coming up on the hour, but if you have time, I would love to get into the intuitive birth birthing book and your method, right, because we haven't. We've touched on that some, but we haven't really gotten into that too deeply today.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, sure, so. So I teach a modality. It's called the intuitive rebirth Energy work modality and it's it's really the template that activates healers into their full authentic power and what we're doing. We teach this online, but also in the retreat format. So we have a seven day practitioner retreat in January in Bali and there's still some space if your listeners are feeling that, are feeling that poor.

Speaker 2:

So basically, people are coming from all different walks of life into this container. Some of them are really experienced healers of all different modalities, like Reiki or breath work facilitators or or spinal flow or kinesiology or whatever like. There's so many incredible healers that come. Some people have never laid their hands on another person's body but just know they need to be there. So there's all these different people that gather, but the intention is that everybody activates into the fullest expression of who they are as a healer.

Speaker 2:

So my way of healing, very intuitively, very shamanically, is so unique to me and it's not going to be the same as anybody else's. And what happens with healers is they're learning all these modalities. They're trying to fit themselves into a block, into a box, like into a template, and it's feeling inauthentic. So they're doing all these different modalities and then trying to find a way to sandwich them together and it's actually still feeling inauthentic.

Speaker 2:

So what intuitive rebirth is it? It's like, okay, what if we left this all behind and we create the space that is so safe, where you fully get in touch with healers, you fully get in touch with the divine and you surrender your need to impress, to do a good job, and you set the intention that the highest work be done for this beautiful person that wants to be healed, that the greatest healing and transformation that can take place with the will of great spirit takes place today, and that you open intuitively to receive a blueprint of how that needs to look. So that's the intention, and, with that intention and some very simple methodical guidance points around directing the breath and the hands and the touch and the safety of the container, what we see, then, is a whole room of the most phenomenal healers who are just doing it using their drums, intuitively connecting to their light language, their soul song, using their hands. What we're seeing is a room full of people being healed who are just breaking through in whatever way they need to, with so much grace.

Speaker 2:

With so much grace and no expectation. Yeah, so for some people it's huge, it's these huge releases. For some people it's these subtle shifts, these subtle realizations and everything in between. But yeah, it's the healing, it's the energy work method that is destroying rigidity in the healing space?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, totally, and I can relate to what you're saying. I've learned so many different healing modalities and eventually I was just, you know, like, am I going to be this person who is healing on a table or am I going to do it with people in a gym setting? You know like, it's like I started just playing around with that and I just was going to do it wherever it was, you know wherever we were, and I think it goes into what we our next kind of topic about intuition. I feel like it's like you know, once you have gotten to that space like you're talking about, where you bring people into that space where they can really connect with themselves on that higher level and channel, and that healer that knows intuitively where to go with people because they're just reading the energy right or picking up on it or that kind of thing. It just becomes an intuitive act and you don't. You know, you may have learned skills, but it's not like we're. The skills aren't what make the healer the best healer right, it's their intuition, in a way.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and it's their intuition and it's their ability to surrender the whole healing session to the Divine, to Great Spirit, and your capacity to take someone into the depths of their healing is basically a reflection of your capacity to surrender to the highest frequency of love and Great Spirit. So it's like the more I've been able to do that, the more like everyone on one session that I do. Now I suppose it looks like an exorcism and at the start it does, yeah it really does and it is From a shamanic perspective like it is.

Speaker 1:

I've seen some pictures on your website. I wouldn't be able to do that. Yeah, I know what you're saying. Like, if you guys go to her website you'll see what she's talking about. But I think that is because those things just they come out how they come out, right, and sometimes very abruptly. Yeah, with people.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's what happens in the presence of love. When there is a very high frequency of love in the space, anything that is not love cannot remain in the space or in the body. So like people assume that by looking at the photos that we're pushing for these big cathartic releases but we're not. We actually have no intention of that taking place. It's the workers with Great Spirit, with the divine and with the frequency of love. And when you bring that much love into the space and you have that much trust and that much safety there, then anything that is in love will leave. But that doesn't happen in a lot of other people's healing work because they fear. They have fear of those energies that want to leave. And as soon as fear is in the space, the space closes down, the ability to heal closes down.

Speaker 1:

That makes sense, yeah, because it is a natural occurrence. It's a natural thing to happen for people. It's a release, right yeah?

Speaker 2:

We're always. Our body is organically and constantly spontaneously wanting to move back into love and purity and truth. And when we create a safety, a container of safety and love, that just fast tracks. It just fast tracks. So those releases are really big and spontaneous, but they just feel like love and you can see freedom coming back into the body. At the end there's tears of joy and liberation rolling down the person's cheeks because it's like I'm so happy that I feel free now. So what intuitive rebirth is? It's like teaching safety. Teaching safety in the 3D realm, like how do you hold someone in safety for that release, how do you know specifically what to do and where energy is moving so you can embody that safety and trust? And then how to access the highest frequencies of love with your intention and your intuitive guidance, to facilitate the deepest healing work that can possibly take place.

Speaker 1:

That's powerful, yeah, Beautiful. Thank you so much. And gosh, yeah, I would love to go to one of your retreats, but I don't know if I'll be in Bali anytime soon. But I don't know if I'll be able to travel that far anytime soon, but I would love to. If it is maybe in Costa Rica or something, I might do that because it sounds really incredible and I'll definitely get your second book, when it comes out too.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that just really sounds like such a gift for healers right now, because there is a lot of even within the healing realm, there's a lot of disempowerment with that. So we have to really step into our power and trust and create that container of safeness for people so that they can just naturally let these things go, because it's just a natural thing for people to, when you're saying bringing that higher frequency of love, to shed the stuff that is no longer needed so please yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, sorry, I was just going to say this is letting the dog out the first time I saw him walk by I actually thought it was like I wasn't sure if it was a human or a spirit.

Speaker 2:

I was like, wow, what's?

Speaker 1:

going on in there. It's a real guy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm glad you moved past so quickly.

Speaker 1:

the first time he was like yeah, we kind of changed my office around. So now, like, if he has to let the dog out, he's got to open the door and go by this way. But I'm not in the corner anymore. But yeah, sorry, go ahead and say what you were saying though.

Speaker 2:

I was going to say something I always say. It's like my favorite saying in this work. It's just like giving it over to God, just letting go of all strength or all resistance and just surrendering to God, to the divine, and in that we spontaneously heal. So it's just aligning with that frequency.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, just connecting to God, connecting to source, whatever you want to call it. It's just like there is an unlimited amount of energy there. It's like there's no scarcity when we can connect fully to that. Yeah, so thank you. Well, please leave my audience with where they can find you when your next book's coming out. Any websites or links, I'll, of course, include those in the show notes, but please let them know what you're offering right now.

Speaker 2:

Sure. So head over to IntuitaRebirthcom and you'll find all of the details for the retreat in January, and you can also do the Level 1 online training as well. If you're ready to just like, dip your toe in. So the retreat will be the Level 1 and 2. So you can find all that information on IntuitaRebirthcom and then on the social media, where you can find me is Instagram, so that's the only one that we're really on. So there's Rhiannon Hines with a little underscore at the end, and then there's the IntuitaRebirth page as well. So you can go into the IntuitaRebirth page and really get a feel for the essence of this work and everything that we do, and also feel free to reach out to me, to send me a DM on my Instagram page if you want to know more. I'd be honored to chat with you and open that conversation.

Speaker 1:

Thank you so much. Rhiannon Is that another version of Rhiannon? It kind of feels like Rhiannon in a different form.

Speaker 2:

It's actually a really old Welsh name. It's from Wales, Rhiannon. My name would have said Rhiannon, but it's a really old Welsh name. It's not uncommon in Australia, but I've noticed that everyone in the States does not know my name.

Speaker 1:

Well, I love it. Thank you so much and thanks for coming on today and sharing so much incredible wisdom and your energy. Thank you so much.

Speaker 2:

Thank you so much for having me, Alison. It's just been so beautiful to chat and connect.
